"I was a customer for 10+ years and they were originally great but I've stopped recommending this location. Most of the people in this office are very nice and easy to work with but one in particular is very rude and smug and talks down to customers. The larger issue here is perhaps not the branch itself, but the actual database/system that State Farm uses. To do any changes (like if you change your name and/or address) it takes NUMEROUS phone calls because someone updated one system or not the other, etc.... For example I changed my name months ago and today I'm getting a letter in the mail for my cancelled policy that's addressed to my old name. Also, mail continued to be sent to my prior address where I had renter's insurance long after I cancelled my renters coverage. Again, I don't know if it has to do with the person who made the changes in the system or if it's a complication with the system itself, but it shouldn't be that hard to make life changes when you've been with a company for so long. Another reviewer said something about unexpected charges for coverages that they didn't know they were being enrolled in, and that's also true of State Farm. I ended up moving to a different company that was more affordable for the same coverage with better customer experiences. Unfortunately there's just no benefit to being a loyal customer with zero claims on your record anymore."

"I hate giving bad company bad ratings but this is very frustrating. I have called to add or change a policy for my son. I had spoke to an agent here and was told that if i added him, there won't be any additional increased other than the increased to the premium, meeting that they won't charge an extra month, it will just be from the renewal date. I checked why something differently has been billed. I called and was told they would reach out when it was done or had the info. Two weeks goes by and wouldn’t get a call back. I called them again and told me the same thing ..told me that they will talk to someone and will take care of it today or first thing the next day. A week goes by and nothing so i had emailed this time. They called back and was told that there was nothing they can do.. i would need to pay almost $1k increased in addition to another month that i added my son in. I had to accept their poor miscommunication and take the additional increased. Poor customer services and poor miscommunication. I will look at other options. I see another reviewer had posted something similar as well."

"Great when they want to be. On multiple occasions I have called to add or change a policy or check on why something differently has been billed. Was told they would reach out when it was done or had the info and wouldn’t get a call back. I would call them at the end of day to check and would be told they are waiting and will take care of it first thing the next day. Would call them in the afternoon and end of day with no answers. Would wait a few days and call back and would get a response of I’m sorry I don’t know who you talked to last time but I will take care of it right now. Half the time they would and get back to me quickly and the other half was a rinse and repeat of poor service. Have asked to have the manager call me back every time and the manager has never reached out. State Farm when you get what you need done is great prices and will work with you. For that reason I stay with them but this branch has been nothing but a headache most times."
